Locomotor Ultra Slide Sheets

The Locomotor Ultra Slide Sheet is a fabric washable slide sheet with a low friction inner surface allowing an individual to be repositioned without the need to lift or cause sheering to the patient’s skin. The Locomotor Slide Sheet is designed to enable carers to turn a patient for dressing, cleaning, pressure care, and other necessary procedures, without the need to lift the patient and without the risk of sheering to the patient’s skin.

Material: Silicone Coated Nylon
May be washed at 71°C if required or autoclaved

Tubular
A fabric cylindrical sheet with a low friction inner surface allowing an individual to be repositioned without the need to lift. The multidirectional glide of the fabric allows patients to be moved in any direction on the bed making moving procedures a lot easier.

Flat
Developed as an alternative to using tubular slide sheets, the flat sheet incorporates a number of handholds which allows a positive grip when carrying out a patient handling task. The Flat Sheet can be used singularly or in pairs and has the same low friction qualities as the tubular slide sheets.
